• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Maintain valid CDL and insurance as required
• Follow safety protocols and company policies

Payment terms and conditions for our services:

• All fees are due upon receipt of invoice
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Payment methods accepted: credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment plans

DDreams LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
